Pretty Little Liars Warning

Ok, let me just say I am really laid back. I don't really care what's on tv as long as it's on at a time where it would help to keep it age appropriate. 

Now let me say DO NOT let your teens watch this show alone, keep up with it and be informed because it was HORRENDOUS. Within the first twenty minutes a young 16 year old girl went into a bar and grill, which isn't awful even though she was alone but it was daytime and she was getting lunch. But then she met a random guy there and they started talking and after awhile it showed him lifting her up on to a sink in the bathroom so that they could have sex. 

She had just moved back into town, this man just started his new job....as her English teacher!! 

Another girl was flirting with her sisters boyfriend very heavily. She was in a bikini bathing suit and he's planning on being a doctor and started rubbing a part of her shoulder. 

A third girl got in trouble for shoplifting and the mom cleared it all up and it showed the mom leading the detective upstairs after necking in the hallway and then she looked back at the daughter, so the daughter knew her mom was having sex with the cop so she wouldn't get in trouble. 

It was awful and so inappropriate. It seems they are based off of books, the same writer I heard that wrote Vampire Diaries. I wouldn't read that junk. There is already too much of teachers taking advantage/making advances to high schoolers that it really doesn't need to be glamorized on tv like that, and for a mother to act like that because she doesn't want her daughters reputation being hurt for shoplifting? It was GROSS. 

Be very strongly warned about this show.
