Care2 is a website I use quite a bit. Whenever I need an ecard I always go there. They have a rewards program not unlike Swagbucks. Certain actions on the site can earn you Butterfly Credits. Visiting the site each day gives you a credit, sending an e-card gets you credits, and more.

Instead of using these credits to redeem for prizes and things for yourself, you then donate your credits.You can donate 50 credits to offset a pound a carbon, 1,000 plants a tree, 8,000 can get training treats for dogs in shelters, and 10,000 can help with a loan to a small business owner. Plus there are many other options to donate your credits.

Ghost Town

We got Ghost Town in from Netflix yesterday. It's not something the hubs would usually be interested in, so he passed on it. I enjoyed it a lot though, the acting was really well and there were some very funny moments. It stars Rickey Gervais, Greg Kinnear, and Tea Leoni. Ricky Gervais plays a dentist named Bertram Pincus who has a complication during a routine surgery and is pronounced dead only to be brought back with the gift to see the dead. The dead are thrilled to finally find someone alive who can see them and help them finish what they need done before they can move on. Unfortunately for them, Dr. Pincus is not the most friendliest or helpful of people and the movie is a comedic journey to find the person inside of himself who is capable of helping them to move on and the woman he comes to love, a widow of one of the ghosts.

Laundry in the Rain

Sunday at our place is laundry day. Today is no exception, and I'm hoping I can get it all done before the storm hits. Thunder is already booming, but there's no rain as of yet. It's beautiful outside though, huge dark clouds, a gusty wind, and the green green trees waving. So, even if I do get soaked going to finish my laundry, at least it will be in pretty scenery.

Speaking of laundry, I could really use a recommendation on a stain remover. I have never seen a stain come out in my entire life.Now with Little One turning 4 in a few months, I'm tired of seeing kid life stains all over her clothing. Kool Aid in particular, though yummy when it's allowed, is becoming a bane of my existence. I've tried shout, spray and wash, making sure to use clorox in the wash, and a bunch of other things. I have not tried any home remedies or Oxi Clean, which I would like to give a go but since it's the most expensive of stain fighting products and nothing has ever worked for me before, I'm not really to keen on trying it out.

Throw me some reviews, what do you all use that you've seen work wonders?
